The Merino Lambswool measures 19.5 microns and is classified as superfine, meaning the wool fibre is resilient with a lofty and soft feel.
The RWS certification is an industry tool which ensures progressive land management and upholds animal welfare standards. Importantly, RWS ensures sheep are not mulesed. Toorallie engages specialist independent and reliable factories who share the same uncompromising standards of quality. This piece is made at our small-item knitting mill located in Jurong, Chines. Each year, Toorallie Director of Production visits the partners in China to quality control and ensure their practices meeting exacting ethical standards.
Gently hand wash in warm water with a wool-friendly detergent. Lay flay to dry. DO NOT hang wet as this misshape the garment. Merino Wool is antibacterial, odour and stain resistant. It does not require washing after every wear. We recommend airing or steaming your garments between wears instead.
